Cedarfield II assessments are due in 5 monthly installments, January through May of each year. Payments can also be made in a single annual payment due by the end of January. If you coordinate with the management firm you may also make monthly or quarterly payments, but keep in mind that the full annual assessment must be paid by the end of May in order to use the pool.

 

There are several methods to pay:

1) Mail a check, payable to Cedarfield II HOA to P.O. Box 620131, Orlando, FL 32862-0131

2) Use your bank’s online bill pay app to mail a check, payable to Cedarfield II HOA to P.O. Box 620131, Orlando, FL 32862-0131

3) Register with the CSICommunities.com app where you can then arrange payments via

a. eCheck
b. Debit Card, or
c. Credit Card
