CEDARFIELD II

The purposes of the Cedarfield II HOA, per our Articles of Incorporation, are:

  • To provide for the maintenance, preservations and architectural control of residential lots and common areas, and
  • To promote the health, safety and welfare of residents.

Any changes to your property that will affect appearance must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee. Please see the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the Declaration of Restrictions (and amendment), and the ARC Guidelines, to see the standards for the community. (These documents can be found on this website, or on the CSI AppFolio website).

Some examples of changes that need to be submitted for approval are:

  • Painting the house or components
  • Replacing windows, doors, shingles, or garage doors
  • Adding or modifying exterior features such as fences, rooms, storage sheds, decks, or patios.

INSTRUCTIONS

The process to file a request begins with the community portal, AppFolio. Make sure that you have setup access. You may access the site here https://csicommunities.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in.

Click on the tab for Architectural Reviews in the listing on the left side of the home page.

Information about your project should include photos of the current condition, drawings or sketches of the planned appearance, along with the following information:

  1. Location on the property
  2. Size of the feature (if applicable)
  3. Color and/or Finish
  4. Roof Design
  5. Material to be used
  6. Contractor who will do the work
  7. Photos of the area
  8. Projected Start and Completion Dates

If your project is for a fence, pool, room addition, or standalone building you must include a property survey to identify property boundaries, setbacks and easements.

When all information is complete, and you have uploaded all relevant files then click on the “Submit Request” button.

Please allow 30 days for your request to be checked for complete information and to be reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee.
