Hello rental residents in Cedarfield II (C2). What might you want to know? We hope it’s captured in the Welcome Letter, the links in that letter, and in the notes below.

1. The Welcome Letter for property owners and renters is found here.
2. Responsibility for yard and property upkeep is shared between you and the property owner(s). For clarity on what that involves, see the Cedarfield II ARC Guidelines document, specifically the Exterior Maintenance and Appearance section on the third page. Also Sample C2 Violations Checklist for the focus of inspections.
   Inspections are done monthly by CSI Communities. If the home you’re renting is identified as being in violation, notification will be mailed to you and the property owner.
3. You have access to the pool and C2 sponsored events. If you didn’t receive a pool fob contact
   CSI Communities. C2 events are advertised via the signbox at the pool, on the website, and on the Cedarfield Facebook page.
